Is this real?

It most certainly is. It's an advertising scheme to get more people looking at some of the offers which we are affiliated with. Basically, when a user completes one of the offers on our site (e.g. LOVEFiLM) we get paid by the advertiser. This way, we can cover the cost of your free gift and still make a small profit.

A lot of TV programmes and magazines have featured this sort of advertising, including BBC and the Wired magazine - so you can feel confident that it is genuine.

Q: How can this be for real? - No one would give these items away for nothing?
A: This is a new form of online marketing. We earn a referral fee from the offers completed - some of this is used to purchase your free gifts.


Q: What is a referral?
A: Once you have signed up and completed your offer you will be given a referral link - this is your own link to give out to people. When they sign up you will receive a "yellow" and once they have completed an offer they will go "green". Once you have sufficient greens the order button will appear to allow you to enter verification for your chosen gift.


Q: What is verification?
A: Verification is the process of checking your order to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the site have been followed. Please read through the T&C and if you feel that you have made a mistake, please contact us via the support ticket system. The process of verification is not there to 'catch' you out, it is an important part of the business model and ensures that we maintain good relationships with the advertisers we promote by only approving genuine users that have strictly adhered to the rules. This is also to protect all our users from system abuse while allowing us to continue providing free gifts within a user-friendly system.


Q: What's the best way to get "greens"?
A: Be creative. The easiest way to start is with friends and family, but you can also post in forums, chat rooms etc. Use your imagination!


Q: Do the friends I refer have to complete an offer too?
A: Yes, once a referral signs up under your link they will appear on your status page as a “yellow” or as “Offer Not Complete”. Once they have completed their offer this will turn green and show “Offer Complete”. Members from the USA or Canada are required to get their referrals to complete enough offers so that they have a full credit. Offers are split into 1/3 credits, 1/4 credits, 1/2 credits and a full credit.


Q: I have completed an offer but it hasn't been credited.
A: Some offers can remain pending for up to 30 days, however usually no longer than 14. If you have still not been credited after 2 working days please goto the Untracked Offer tab in the members area to begin the process of a manual credit. Most offers are automatically tracked, although one does occasionally get missed. This can be easily rectified. Please note that the ability to apply for an untracked credit is not available for every offer.


Q: I want a reward that's not listed.
A: We can do custom orders. Goto the Custom Order tab in the members area to request an instant dynamic quotation for a custom order. If you are happy with the quote you can then submit the request for approval. If this is acceptable it will then be set up as a custom gift which you can order when you have sufficient greens. We will do our best to accommodate. Please note that custom orders are only available to UK based members.


Q: Can I complete the site more than once?
A: You may. Once you have received your gift, we will reset your account and you may start all over again. Any unused greens will be rolled over.


Q: Why is my offer still pending?
A: Pending offers normally take 14 days to be approved by the advertiser. However sometimes they can take longer for various reasons. The process is automatic and we have no power to expedite this process. Please be patient. It will be updated automatically, when the advertiser approves it at their end.
